All-in-one medical software, shaped by healthcare professionals

The medical platform that leaves no one behind.

Link4Life is a medical SaaS platform (web + iOS/Android applications) for practice management, scheduling, teleconsultation and care pathway management, co-founded by two physicians. It is used by community-based and hospital healthcare professionals — physicians, surgeons, community nurses (IDEL), physiotherapists and home healthcare providers (PSAD).

Calendar, patient record, teleconsultation and shared templates — for your team or for the whole community. Designed by physicians.

Your whole practice, on a single platform.

  • Calendar

Practitioner profile, online appointment booking, directory listing, practice view with multiple calendars.

  • Teleconsultation

Video consultation hosted in France by an HDS-certified provider, with an automatic health insurance claim form.

  • Home care coordination

Home healthcare providers (PSAD), nurses and physiotherapists — shared record, real-time alerts, team follow-up.

  • One record, the whole team

Physician, nurse, physiotherapist, home healthcare provider — each one accesses what concerns them, with rights adapted to their role.

  • Documents and CERFA forms

Prescriptions, reports, certificates, CERFA forms and quotes — generated, shared and signed online.

  • Shared templates

Keep each resource private, share it with your team, or open it to the whole community.
